Welcome to the home of Random Logic!

My real name is Mark A. Crouch, and I'm from Schenectady, NY.  After spending 21 years in the Air Force, I retired and returned to the States.  For a while, I lived in Woodbridge, VA.  But after 18 months, I decided to return to my home town area.  If feels good to be back after all these years.

Much of my Air Force career was spent writing database applications.  I am still working with computers.  My last job had me doing SAS System programming for a large insurance company.   Right now I am a Programmer/Analyst for the call center of a local mortgage refinance company. I'm getting tons of experience in SQL Server, VB.NET and C#.NET. My current resume is here, if you are interested.

Why Random Logic? It goes back to 1987, when I was living in Colorado Springs. I hung out with a guy named Richard Wilber (Richard, are you out there?) and an SF group called the Dream Buccaneers. We attended SF conventions in Denver and I felt that I should have a fan name for my membership badges. Since computers are my life, we decided to play with words that related to computers. Random Logic was the result.

If you want to contact me, you can do so at:  mark@randomlogic.name
